[Ilugc] Apache Web Server Doubt..

if this is your problem then simply forward port 8080 for the
corrresponding private ip of your webserver and then try accesing the server
from a host out side your network using -- http://20.13.14.250:80 make
sure that the default fire wall in your router is disabled -- if such a
feature is present.. let me know the result.
