Hmmm! What's this obsession with Indian thing, anyway? It makes sense when
something is
proprietary and even supporting it would mean paying money to a foreign
company paying
taxes to some other country. Isn't Free Software supposed to solve this
problem? By allowing
local engineers to support and customize the product and also give back any
improvements,
which sometimes may even be truly revolutionary?
At this, you can always claim that an Indian contributed that great idea to
that project. :-)
