Hello All,
Very good timing; It falls on week end, hence I can take off easily.
I've few questions.
1)Do you use any open source conference management system ? If needed I
can volunteer to install CGPublisher and maintain it for the conference.
Please take a look at http://www.cgpublisher.com/
2)If you want to use other publishing system, then I'm ok with.
3)Is the conference multi threaded ? If so what are the different
streams ?
4)We have to add information about venue, travel, accommodation.
5)Please not that CGPublisher is only for managing paper submissions. We
have to use CMS for other (user independent) content.
6)Do we need a separate mailing list to discuss conference related
activities ?
7)Is there a registration fees for conference ?
8)What does a speaker package include?
9)Are we inviting any big shots like Rasmus ?
I don't stay in Chennai, but I do like to contribute as a volunteer and
speaker. Hence I volunteer to do the paper submission management system
remotely from Singapore. Please note: I only want to manage the software.
Regards
Deepan
