Im having a difficult time trying to figure out where the
hardware switch is so I can use the 802.11b inside.
I use ndiswrapper for the centrino functionality. The way I switch
off wireless (which is rarely) is by 'modprobe -r ndiswrapper'
Something similar should work for you too, imo.
