We can create separate groups based on topics, and ask new comers to post
their doubts in the corresponding groups..  the group hierarchy plugin  (

sub groups within existing groups..

Apologizing for Top Posting.   The new google composer hides the previous
mail content and i did not notice it..

Now, i have another suggestion..  why cant the group server be used for
ILUGC?

best suitable for this decentralised discussion..

Wonderful suggestion. I would be happy to host such a social network
server in my company's servers (for free as in beer, as well) if all are
agreeable to the idea. As a FOSS community, we must not promote companies
or ideologies opposed to the principles of FOSS. (Guruprasad, my Zimbra
email client has formatting issues for postings to this list alone)
