IMO, that is a wrong assumption. It is not the lack of knowledge, it
is the lack of *attitude* or *drive* or *initiative* to help
themselves.
If you focus only on the faculty, you will end up like Kolhapur
(Maharashtra), were faculty after getting trained moved to the
Industry for better paying jobs.
Students _must_ have the *attitude* to learn for themselves, and for
their future. If they keep expecting others to train them, they will
never learn, and there will only be so-called "training institutes"
that just suck more money and give back s***.
Faculty _must_ have the *attitude* to learn, atleast for themselves.
College management _must_ have the *attitude* to keep themselves
"informed" about *education*, and how they can help the college
infrastructure.
If each one blames the other as an excuse, neither will they improve,
nor anything will change.
