Aren't we talking about a High school and not a college?

Faculty _must_ have the *attitude* to learn, atleast for themselves.

College management _must_ have the *attitude* to keep themselves
"informed" about *education*, and how they can help the college
infrastructure.


This is what made me think your mail was in the context of a college
and not high school...
