A Simputer is not an embedded Linux board, it's an end-product.
And it's not competitive on price-performance.
I don't know what rules you have for calling a board an embedded linux board.
But Any reference board that has linux can be called as a embedded board.
Simputer is based on ARM platform and all the tool chain for arm is freely
available for linux.
It has JTAG for debugging.
i can only think of this board in india.
