I originally sent the email first time around @ 11.08 AM but didn't
see 
them appear in the archives till 12.00 PM so thought something went 
wrong and sent it again. Besides, I am not getting the emails I send

the list, will start a thread for that soon. 

that must be some setting in your mail client. I have a gmail account
for some lists, and evolution (or gmail) does not get my mails to the
lists.
