Open source doesn't just mean access to the source code.....

also to know more about OSS, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_source_software

Not trademark licenses which might
cover logos too. Requiring a different code base to use a different name
is explicitly allowed by the OSI definition.

when u say, any software as FOSS, it means i can do anything with it.
