Open source doesn't just mean access to the source code.....
It *does not* cover trademarks. Understanding the basic differences
between copyright licenses and trademarks would help a lot here.
when u say, any software as FOSS, it means i can do anything with it.
By that definition, only public domain would be considered FOSS. Clearly
you cant whatever you want with all Free and open source software licenses.
