Beacuse if u have linux or windows on your logical
partitions I ddon't think u can access them using the
freebsd loader

the best order would be to install windows , then
freebsd and linux ,
bcoz its nize to have grub on ur mbr.
if u have a problem with the booting , grub will be
there for the rescue.

than with the freebsdinstall freebsd.
depends - if you're more comfortable with grub
bootloader, feel free to use that.solaris/i386, *bsd,
