well...we will have to trust people...no other go...but the risk is
there...it may not matter whether the pic gets deleted or not...if you
are unfortunate enough to open the website in that small amount of
time, I guess it would be tough to convince people that it was a wiki
site, and some moron posted it, and you got to see it before the SysOp
could delete it :)

it is routed through the moderator. ie the moderator evaluates the
content and then see if it is apt to be put it in.. Is it the case

first and then only the SysOp can decide whether to delete the picture
or not.
But ordinary users can edit the content and delete the tag containing
the image. Also the user can message the SysOp about the illegal
content and ask it to be removed.
This is the best thing to do.
