Presently our ILUGC Wiki part is open to all and NO dedicate
moderator. So My worry is, HowTo block someone from uploading some
Pornographic/Illegal files in to the ILUGC site for sharing ??

protect is kind activities ??
Wiki model is meant to be open to everyone. I believe that if some
unwanted editing happens oldstate could be restored easily.
Its possible to block specific IP from accessing wiki if we have
issues.
