[Ilugc] [IRC] #ilugchennai - Weekly meeting point ?!

whats wrong with #linux-india? we dont need more IRC channels - there
are only around a hundred people in India who discuss over IRC, and i
dont feel endless splitting and forking is going to accomplish anything

The idea to have #ilugchennai was to provide a channel / a place were
weekly online meeting of ilugc can happen, not disturbing the other
channels which are visited by people from all over India. This channel
is not created as a separate 24X7 channel for ILUG-Chennai, rather the
main aim is a place where ilugc members can discuss without embarrassing
others who may not be interested in the activities of ilugc (if done in
a channel of larger scope like #linux-inida).

Its great that your have created a channel. but why not we also join
#linux-india and discuss there instead of limiting our boundries to
chennai. i guess there are more talents available in linux-india. we
should be part of it.
