To take nothing away from the effort you are putting in but can we
tone down the gross generalizations and unsubtle ad-hominems please ?
A few officers and bureaucrats do not make a government and for
someone who wants to publish things generalizations are a bit of a
stretch.

This isn't specific to you, I've noticed this from the recent posts
here as well as on the Mumbai LUG lists.

I will continue to cover the story in Muktware. I am happy that after TN
case this is our second imp story.
