Even though I agree with you, We cannot deny the fact that they employ
a 
lot of people which means, a lot of people get exposure to the
outside 
world and they join the organized sector of the society. 

sure, but if some other country offers the same service a few cents
cheaper, all these people will be lucky to get jobs *cleaning* taxis.
