3.ILUGC needs to take up CD distribution in a
organised way. May be
we can accept donations for this.
Of course. This is a very very important thing to
be done by illugc. Donations can be used to buy CDRs.
Also, it will be better if the burned CDs are
distributed to different parts of the city (i.e. of
the ilugc member) and they are put up on the website.
Just an thought, Why can't chennai LUG, write and sell debian
distribution, so that it gets some money to support such initiatives.
Recently i purchased Debian CD's from Goa linux users group. They charge
Rs. 210(30 per CD for 7 CD Debian distro). A person named aniket
(aniket@xxxxxxx) is doing this for goa linux user group.
