It was not the media problem. Muthu was able to play the movie in
full length after the end of show.
Last week we saw the full movie in Power DVD/Windows in hostel. So I
though that's a good enough testing.
OK, I think I can rule out a Xine problem, because it played the 2nd
DVD without problems, and also other commercial pressed DVDs. So it must
have been the Hitachi GD-2500 DVD drive (it's now almost 6 years old)
