Friends.
I hope most of the people here are matured enough to
follow the mailing list guidelines.
When someone crosses the border, it is our responsibility
to guide him/her not to do so and suggest the proper way of mailing.
We often get the email from new members,
with no subjects
with sms language
top posting
thread hijacking
etc.
It is all our duty to educate the new members to do the things
correctly in a polite way.
We are doing the same, but in a hard way.
I have heard a lot of people fearing to send email to the list.
"You people are scolding me a lot"
"You are always fighting"
"I am afraid to send email. someone will blast me"
These are some words from the people who afraid to send even a single
mail to our list.
I am hearing the same for past 1-2 years.
Have anyone heard the same?
Shall we discuss something interesting to improve our quality?
How to make our list new members friendly with maintaining the guidelines?
Please share your thoughts.
