[Ilugc] Need suggestions on improving the quality of our list

 It is all our duty to educate the new members to do the things
correctly in a polite way.
We are doing the same, but in a hard way.


Yes. It frightens them!


 I have heard a lot of people fearing to send email to the list.

"You people are scolding me a lot"
"You are always fighting"
"I am afraid to send email. someone will blast me"

These are some words from the people who afraid to send even a single
mail to our list.
I am hearing the same for past 1-2 years.

Have anyone heard the same?


I have heard them way lot of time that nowadays I myself think hard before
suggesting my juniors (who are newbies to GNU/Linux) to join this list. :-(
