the UK / the USA, with what you get in India for a similar offering.

AFIK BSNL is one of the cheapest and best service
provider in the world ...
I dont know .. I am totally sober and yet I am seeing things .. like
someone praising BSNL as one of the best providers in the world. That
is so strange .. even seeing pink elephants asking me for a debian CD
would be an improvement on this.
