In UK , Do they provide the service for just Rs.500 ?

AFIK BSNL is one of the cheapest and best service
provider in the world ...
Hope in future They will provide such plans .

In UK, the limit is 500GB per month (and 8 mbps).
Awsome, but here we cant expect more than few gbs :(
