Please excuse me if this way OT, but I wanted to measure the general
satisifaction with Dell systems. Currently I'm looking for only one
desktop system, but it might increase to many in the future, and I am
keen on standardizing on one vendor. Yes, all the systems will run Linux
(Ubuntu series in particular) - if you can throw light on some of the
related issues too, it will be great.
In general, I'm looking for info how long they take to deliver a system
in Chennai if I order it online, how good their after-sales support is
and if their general sales strategy is small-business friendly. If you
know other vendors you would rather recommend/had a good experience
with, I would be glad to hear it.
