[Ilugc] [OT] Dell deliveries, overall experience

Hi,
In general, I'm looking for info how long they take to deliver a system in
Chennai if I order it online, how good their after-sales support is and if
their general sales strategy is small-business friendly. If you know other
vendors you would rather recommend/had a good experience with, I would be
glad to hear it.
I am not sure how it is for businesses, but on a personal plane, Dell's
service is quite satisfactory. The average delivery time for online orders
is around 8-14 days but our machine was delivered even earlier. Online
support for software problems in good. For hardware fixes, they pickup the
computer the day after you lodge a complaint and return it as soon as
possible -- and they indicate a time when picking up the comp (We have not
experienced this personally, but heard so from a friend.)
