[Ilugc] [OT] Tata Indicom WLL users in Chennai?

Anyone using TI's WLL in Chennai? I just want to know how well it is
going for internet? Suraj (in bangalore) seems to be satisfied.
While the connectivity seems good (8KB/sec average), their service is
hopeless. If you do opt in for their service, be prepared to wake up one
morning with a bill racking upto 15-18K per month (even though you'd
have opted for an _unlimited_ internet connection of 1500 per month) -
not to mention, they'd bar your connection without any notice, and when
you call them up, they would put you on hold for eternity, and if they
do get back, they'd simply say that they had misplaced your records and
cant access any details and ask you to call back later.
And everytime you call their help desk, you will have to repeat your
history all over again (I've been through this iteration for 17 times,
in a week). I've been fighting my way around for a month now. I might
have to drag them to the consumer court for their act of duping
customers. I've been cheated, so be warned.
I would anyday trust a government run service like BSNL, to these
_shiny_ pvt service providers with their dubious schemes.
