[Ilugc] [OT] Tata Indicom WLL users in Chennai?

Anyone using TI's WLL in Chennai? I just want to know how well it is
going for internet? Suraj (in bangalore) seems to be satisfied.
YMMV - depending on the range and number of subscribers, the bandwidth
drops to abysmally slow speeds, as low as 1 to 2 kbps during daytime.
It's not broadband, for sure. You'd be better off with dialup.
