install cd is the fastest way to install Ubuntu. You can use the DVD
to populate a local package repository. If you have any alternative
thoughts about this do let me know before I send them. I will send

It is really nice to see
1) efforts like UCH and
2) efforts of ilug volunteers like you
3) impact of FLOSS in social development

Also regarding ubuntu you can set up apt-cacher and then use a local
repository to run all your updates. You can see a post on this at
