[Ilugc] Problem uploading files

Hi,
    Whenever i try to upload files using either Firefox or Opera, it 
times out. I get "waiting for sitename.." for a long time, then Firefox 
says "400 Bad Request". Opera says it timed out. Using a different 
browser doesnt seem to resolve the problem. I`m using Feisty Fawn. Any 
idea why this is happening?
