[Ilugc] Problem uploading files

You could diagnose it with a bandwidth monitor like wmnet which I
regularly use. It is graphical and shows uploads in white and downloads
in red. It also informs the rate.
It is a WindowMaker applet.
There are several other alternatives too.
ifstat
iftop
bwmon
and so on.
It could even be a site problem and it might coincide with your usage of
a particular browser.
