oh you mean "install the router plan first, paying 2 or 3 times the amt
of money for a usb modem, then download the linux usb routers, then
contact dishnet / touchtel, cancel the router account and get a new usb
account"?
so all he has to do is to go to a cybercafe or somewhere and d/l the
linux drivers for the model of his usb modem, bring it home burnt onto a
CD or floppy.
