I faced the same problem with the VCDs. It was an original
MATRIX-I VCD. I couldn't copy the .DAT files to my harddisk.
Gave I/O error on RedHat 9.0. However, the copying suceeded
when i tried it from Windows 2k (dual-booted in the same
machine)
In RedHat, on doing an ls -l, it showed correct file size
and permissions.
any solutions ?
