[Ilugc] Tamil in various browsers

I have requested for a solution already in a previous thread.
Still we did not get any reply.
solution is simple - some of these browsers do not have the fonts installed -
as far as I know *all* browsers that come now a days are unicode aware.
We need a solution for non-tamil members to get the information.
We have to make sure that they have their rights to get the knowledge.
No one should deny their rights.
Please give solution for this.
