We need a solution for non-tamil members to get the information.
We have to make sure that they have their rights to get the knowledge.
No one should deny their rights.
I think, things like "??????? ?????????? (Kattrattra Menporul)" are meant
for Tamil readers and doesn't apply globally for everyone.
So, we are "not" denying their rights / preventing them to know something
they need to be aware of.
Please give solution for this.
Tamil - unarguably is one of the best languages of the world. And don't
forget, this mailing list is from the "Capital of Tamil Nadu" (Chennai)
If in this mailing-list, if a person is not allowed to type freely in Tamil,
then where he is going to get the rights?
Tagging "[Tamil]" in the Subject is a viable option which the end-users can
use to filter out such emails from the list.
-------------
Overall, I think only change Amachu can do is to use "[Tamil]" tag instead
of "[?????]"
