[Ilugc] Xine configuration notes

For Xine to work for dvd viewing properly in Mdk 10 & Suse9.1
I haven't tried Mandrake 10 or Suse 9.1, but I'd guess that the
bloat would be too much for my poor old Celeron 533 with 128 MB of RAM
(which however handles RedHat 7.3 fine).
Add line
Option "XaaNoOffscreenPixmaps"
What's this for? I don't recollect having to do this for XFree86 4.3
