[Ilugc] autofs: mount point appearance

I have managed to get autofs and automount going, with a timeout of
one second, as it is only for a removable device. I run the automount
command myself as
Are you trying to use autofs for getting a usb device mounted whenever
it is plugged in? I would suggest that you use gnome-volume-manager
(if u need icons and other gui stuff) or usbmount (more bare bones).
AFAIK autofs is not meant for this.
