The folks who printed the posters since I thought they did using
foss tools. But after reading your explanation, I dont think so.
Its just that they did not ask us to provide in a proprietary
format, but they did that job using that.
afaik there is no foss tool for colour separation for print quality -
colour separation means producing 4 positives/negatives on film for
the 4 colours - cyan, magenta, yellow and black. These four colours
are then printed on the paper to get a multicolour printout.
