[Ilugc] nethogs - See which process is eating Bandwidth

It has a nice WebUI and shows bandwidth usage by hosts and further
breakdown by protocols/services.
Can ntop currently tell us what is the process on the system which is
currently utilizing the bandwidth ?
Also, tcpdump is handy for quick snapshot of traffic on the wire.
Tcpdump only shows the traffic however it does not associate a program to
it correct ?
