[Ilugc] tamil unicode with xelatex

I found the solution for it. Though I mention the font name to use I
have to explicitly mention the behaviour of the font using the script
tag. When the above line was changed to
\font\lang="Lohit Tamil:script=taml"
the fonts got rendered properly and here is the screenshot.
