This is an overkill. Seriously, for a personal computer. Ultimately
you will not learn anything about configuration. And you will try
installing webmin when ever people ask you to help them configure
their systems.
But yes, for large scale installations webmin and cousins might help.
Not for a personal computer.
Even though software is free of cost, it will be nice if we learnt to
use the right ones at the right time. I'm assuming you are a Computer
Engineer, if that is not the case, by all means you may please ignore
