I did't enable: Ask you for confirmation and Require
the userto enter
password in the remote desktop setup.

And there is no monitor connected to the server to see
any window.

  If you using GNOME


     click on system menu
     under system click preference
     under preference click  Remote Desktop

    i.e., System->Preference->Remote Desktop

you will get Remote Desktop Pereference window

in this window only enable Allow other user to view your Desktop

disable other ,now try
