Sorry. Ubuntu does not ship proprietary firmware *by default* Its main
repos contains only Free Software. If a firmware is available in any
default installation of Ubuntu it *is* Free Software. To get any
proprietary stuff you might need to add the other repos.
Request you not to make false claims.
