Oh yeah! I remember now! It seems that we can only select what punctuation 
to modify in default.jcf. Attempting to set it through an 
application-specific jcf file will reveal a blank list. Spooky!

Actually, it seems that, on one of my computers it works fine while on the
other computer, there is no list of punctuation symbols at all to choose
from. They are not visible even with the JAWSCursor.

Strange stuff.
