If I hit jaws+f2 then select script manager it automatically opens the
needed file, even if it did not already exist.

However, creating scripts for console programs can actually be
somewhat tricky because jaws twigs on the console title rather than
the attached process.

For instance, I have batch files for starting command windows with
settings required by various visual studio console programs, that
console gets the title "vs2015 <CPU> Native Tools Command Prompt" but
what jaws tries loading is a script file called "vs2015.jss" (which is
for the visual studio GUI program.

Basically anything that messes with the console title is going to
require a different script file (or I suppose some kind of entry in
configNames.ini, but since it's not program based I'm not sure what
that would be)

For a cmd.exe window without any re-titling issues the jaws script
manager opened a file named command.jss.
