[jawsscripts] JAWS Punctuation

Hi, it's Annabelle.
I've customized the Punctuation to have it speak the way I want to, but, for
some reason, when I'm in Microsoft Word, instead of something like "open
quote" and "closed quote", it just says "quote". I can get them to say "open
quote" and "closed quote" within all other programs, but why won't it do the
same in Microsoft Word? Is there something I'm doing wrong? The characters
I'm trying to customize are " and ".
