[jawsscripts] Switching to a different window by windows name or handle

I need to set up a series of keystrokes to activate / bring focus to a set list 
of Windows
For example, when Ctrl-alt-O is pressed, it brings Outlook to the front
I can't find the command to actually call the window to the front
Ideas? Â ThanksÂ
