Good morning,

Thanks for the positive feedback.

I took the first step and installed Media Wiki at 
http://wiki.jawsscripts.com  .

Over the next couple of days I will attempt to learn how to use it and 
configure it and will perhaps begin the process of working through the 
October archive.

I think the best method will be to create an article on the Wiki that can 
track which segments of the archive are currently being processed, by whom 
and what the progress is for that segment.

I think you are correct about the mailing list as well.  I haven't really 
had to say anything about staying on topic since I started administering the 
list over 3 months ago.
