Ok, this is going a ways off topic, so let me try to close this part
off...

First, I appreciate the offers for web space, of which I have received
several, on and off list.

Second though, I already explained that I'm not interested in moving
the site somewhere else. I suspect we have a mailing list timing
issue though, causing a lot of people not to see that before posting.

Finally, regarding the reasonableness of my insistance on leaving the
site where it is: I was trying to omit the details because that
discussion is off topic for the list. I could explain better, but it
would take more time and is not necessary. <smile> So just assume the
site will stay put and the problems will be worked out in other ways.

Thanks again to all. This list really does contain a number of very
generous people.

this is not really a sound basis, I run site's off two different hosting
companies, and both are reasonably priced and I have had no problem with my
interfaces for management of multiple sites.
