Agree.
I just noted that because I don't think, regardless of most folks
having or not .net installed, that it would be cool to add a
dependense which is not necessary to run the software which is being
scripted.

yes but many, will already have at least .net 1.1, so it is not that bad an
option, and you can have an installer built that will put the
redistributable on the comp if its not already there such as with win 2000
and such. I'm  just putting out any possibilities I can think of.
