[jawsscripts] translating jaws tutor messages?

Hi,
The subject line makes it pretty clear. Does anyone know where the jaws tutor
and help messages are stored? Are they handled by scripts, or built in to the
core?
Iâ??m not interested in the interface, just the messages which are
automatically spoken by jaws.
Before you ask, no, there is no jaws for my language, and Iâ??m pretty sure FS
wouldnâ??t see a market for it.
